ADDITIONAL DEGREE REQUIREMENTS
In addition to the 31 hours of core courses required for the Lower Division General Education Goals, students must fulfill the following requirements for specific degrees. The student's two-year college curriculum should be carefully planned to include as many of the degree requirements as possible.
Bachelor of Arts (BA) 6 credits
Foreign Languages (3 credits) -- 202 level or above at VCCS or RBC
Humanities (3 credits) -- not in the discipline of the major. See transferable courses for VCCS and RBC.
Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) 6 credits
Humanities (3 credits) -- not in the discipline of the major. See transferable courses for VCCS and RBC.
Foreign Language or specific Social Science (3 credits)
VCCS: Foreign Language 202 or above, Geog 210, 220, Hist 231, 232, 241, 242 or 255.
RBC: Foreign Language 202 or above or Geog 103.
Bachelor of Science (BS) 7 credits - See transferable courses for VCCS and RBC.
Mathematics or Computer Science (3 credits)
Natural Science (4 credits)
Note: Some majors designate specific courses for these requirements so students should check the major they intend to pursue.
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) 7-8 credits

VCCS: Math 152, 173, 180, 181, 182, 270, 271, 272 or 273
RBC: Math 201 or 207

Bachelor of Music (BM) 6 credits
Humanities (6 credits) -- in at least two disciplines and not in the discipline of the major. See transferable courses for VCCS and RBC.
