You'll find plenty of leadership opportunities at Longwood through a wide range of co-curricular activities.
Involvement in these activities allows you to make a difference on campus and in the community. You'll further develop a strong sense of citizenship, responsibility, honesty, and integrity. At Longwood, you WILL become a citizen leader.
Longwood offers over 125 clubs and organizations and you can become just as involved as you want to be.
Through these organizations, students work closely with faculty and other campus leaders to create an unusually well-coordinated academic and student-affairs program that has a strong impact on the Longwood environment. A recent national survey supports this claim - more than 42 percent of Longwood seniors worked with faculty members on activities other than coursework compared to 19 percent at other master's institutions.
